Learn Quranic Terms of Service (TOS) & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to Learn Quranic. By enrolling in our online Quranic courses for yourself or your child, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service and Refund Policy:

1. Registration & Payment

• After completing your free trial class(es), you must decide whether to continue with the program at Learn Quranic.
• Monthly fees are payable in advance during the last week of each month for the following month’s classes. Classes will be paused if fees are not paid on time.
• If payment is overdue by more than 7 days without a valid reason, Learn Quranic reserves the right to suspend services.

2. Slot Reservation

• If you wish to temporarily pause classes but keep the same teacher and schedule upon resuming, a full monthly fee will be charged to reserve your slot.

3. Attendance & Leave Policy

• Missed classes due to the student’s absence are considered paid, and makeup classes may not always be available.
• Due to scheduling challenges, makeup classes for absences longer than five days are not guaranteed.
• To qualify for makeup classes, students must notify their teacher or email support at least 6 hours in advance.
• If a student is absent for more than two weeks without notice, Learn Quranic reserves the right to cancel the enrollment without a refund.

4. Teacher Assignments

• Teachers may be reassigned for quality assurance or other administrative reasons.
• If a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be assigned. Students are prohibited from maintaining contact with former teachers outside the Learn Quranic platform.

5. Fee Adjustments

• Fees are subject to an annual increase of 10–12% based on Learn Quranic’s policies.
• Additional changes to the fee structure may occur as per future updates to the TOS.

6. Holidays

• Teachers are entitled to paid Eid holidays. These days are included in the monthly fees and are non-refundable. No makeup classes will be provided for these holidays.

7. Communication Guidelines

• Students and parents must not share personal contact information (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details) with teachers. Learn Quranic is not liable for any misuse of such information.

8. Policy Updates

• Learn Quranic reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service and Refund Policy at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website.
